These faces were initially designed in 1986 by Lori and Floyd Barbee THEY HAVE BEEN SOLD ON THIS EBAY SITE ALONE SINCE 2006 Who have we shared these with? Mr. Barbee has shared them for years with fellow Special Education teachers, parents of his special needs students and used them as art projects for his special needs students. Lori likes to use them for jewelry and to adorn high fire pottery, make mobiles and use them as fund raisers for animal rescue centers. Children love the easy to read facial expressions and they are great for teaching little children emotions expressed in facial expressions. They are utilized as non-verbal language lesson plans for children with learning challenges. Graphic and figurals are great for reaching and teaching Autistic children. These have been used to adorn several hundred hand thrown mugs, but they were first put on our own personal mugs as messages to other family members. They sent a personal message of love and each individual could grab the morning coffee mug that best described their mood.
